We ordered our prom dress and it was too big, so sent it back to exchange for a smaller size because just to return charges restocking fee. So we ordered dress in smaller size and different color that was advertised as available. I ordered it over the phone to make sure we could get it. Then get an email that said they could not get the dress. At this point, I have no idea if I am going to be fully refunded. It is too late to order another dress for prom and probably wouldn't be able to depend that it would actually be in stock anyway-even if it says it is online and over the phone.

I went exactly by the measurements and instructions and the dress was still too small. I had to pay to ship the dress back then wait to be re-issued a code (which was quick) then purchase the dress again in a larger size. This time I have to pay to get overnight delivery which is still almost 2 weeks from now and pay $46 because they couldn't get the dress quick enough. I'm praying this dress fits my daughter, if not I've lost over $350 and she won't have a dress. I suggest buying in store where you can try it on.

After a poor experience at a local bridal shop, we decided to buy my daughter’s prom dress online. Based on the reviews, we went with this website and ordered the exact dress she had tried on in the shop. The dress was exactly what we ordered and got here within the time frame we selected. We even paid an additional $33 for three day delivery and still managed to save about $60 over the price at the bridal shop. The only problem we had is that the size 2 we purchased through Promdressshop.com was a bought 1/4-1/2 inch slimmer in the bodice. We had a heck of a time trying to get it zipped when we first got it so it was decided, based on our very short time frame, that she’d have to just try and lose a few lbs rather than dealing with having to send it back and wait for another, as we still needed to have it altered. With it now altered and a few lbs lighter, it fits perfectly. I would not hesitate to purchase through this website again, I’d only make sure to do it with plenty of time to spare in the case that we might have another sizing issue to allow for an exchange.

I got my dress on time and it was amazing. Fit great too.

I got an email sent to me that the dress I ordered was not in stock and that it had to come from off site. Because of this, I could not return it and that sale would be final. I agreed because my daughter really likes the dress. We received it. It fits perfectly but the hooks on the back are being held on by a thread. I need to now pay more money in order to fix a dress that should have been received ready to wear. I am very unhappy. I should be ablento return a dress for equal credit if I'm not satisfied no matterbifnit came from their site or not.

This is the second year in a row that I have ordered my daughters prom dress(plus size) from Promdressshop.com. We went by the size chart they provide and the fit was perfect. Dresses are very high quality and are just as beautiful as they are on the website. I love how they offer a variety of sizes to fit all. I highly recommend this site.
