Very bad service ...ordered two chakra healing bracelets in october 2020 but have not received any order yet and they are charging money on my credit card every month...they have not provided me with any order number as well....it looks like a scam

So apparently the 149.95 is definitely a way to get ripped off. I've called support and emailed through support yet I haven't heard from anyone after purchasing my order last month. Nor have I recieved the bracelets I ordered. I never agreed to a membership with this company especially not for 149$. Im very disappointed in the reviews and the way this company and how they deal with their customers that actually want to purchase from them. Maybe after the review, I'll hear from someone, while also following up with my bank. I can't stay positive under these as the company says when you're snatching money out of my account for something I'm not made aware of. It's like stealing from someone Times are to tough to just be taking someone's hard earned money.

I've ordered several pieces from this company and each time was Positive experience!! They sent tracking info, that I actually followed. Only one incident of missing something from an order, I emailed them, they responded promptly, and sent it right out to me, absolutely no problems! I wear my jewelry daily and I love it!! Sorry to the people with negative experience, Im not sure what could've happened! But like I said very positive experience for me and I absolutely love their products!

I purchased a crystal necklace/pendant within one of their deals throughout the period of Black Friday deals in which I would only have to pay shipping on the value of what is supposed to be approx a 40-60 dollar piece with an added "gift" worth 10 dollars. There is no physical gift. So that right there is a lie. Secondly after much research. All signs point to the piece is not genuine. It's a fake crystal. And the tracking for it was sketchy to say the least. When the package came a month later it was from China and not where the company has said it originated from. Extremely dissapointed and will not be recommending to anyone with my conscious heart in mind. Will be unfollowing from their social media outlets. This has been a negative experience and feels like a scam.

Horrible just awful experience with this company! Took me 7-8 weeks to get my ring!!! Then they didn’t send the warranty and some other item that together cost me $58.00. The ring looks like it’s worth maybe $10.00 from a gum machine! Back and forth emails too many to count! Buyer beware!!

Horrible. Shipping is nonexistent. Fake tracking. They talk in circles and only refund small portions. Avoid. You will not get what you ordered and you're out your money unless you get with your bank.

Very very very bad customer service, my package got lost because of a mistake from them and it's nowhere to be found in the post office and they couldnt even find the tracking number, yet they still email me that it's on the local post office and that I should figure it out with them, they won't give a refund or atleast attempt to ship out a new order. Not recommended as you will just waste your money and end up back and forth with them on email for as long as they have to just to avoid giving you a refund or new shipment.
