Don was exceptional in helping me find a piece I wanted to reorder and a way to refer a friend to purchase one too!!

Hello, What a bad experience envers !!!! I was checking my CC transactions and I've noticed that since my first and only order I made in September 2019 they have charged me with different amount but regulary about USD 150. Shame on you to steal your customers like that behind their back, without their authorization.. pfffff it s so lousy to get money like that.

I ordered a product form project yourself, but during the covid 19 my shipment not received. I disparate hopes and lost, but I write to the company message. even I haven't and details they arrange to refund my money 49 US$ to my account. this company is very trusted and lullable, anyway I hope again order their product in future, thanks you.

I don’t even think one star is worthy. Shady company that hides shipping results and return policies. They actually do not allow returns at all which is crazy town.

Without a doubt a fraud. I can’t believe a company with such a positive message could do such heinous things. Made two order at one time and never received a confirmation and then when I contacted them thru email never received a reply but the same day they tried to run my card for $149 the same day. bunch of fake slimy pieces of poop. Try a better scan you two faced prics

I should say that I've been dealing with 'Project Yourself' for some some time now. I've purchased quite a few of their products and am more than satisfied. However, my first purchase was the Yin Yang adjustable bracelet. I wore it every day for about 6 months until the hand tied knots unraveled. No problem, I tied the string into as many knots as I could and that was that. Well, one day it popped. Okay, I bought another because I liked it so much. After a few months with the second one, it too started to unravel, so I took a picture and contacted the company. Apple, the kind lady who answered my email, rectified the situation with speed and efficiency. The next day I received an email saying how sorry they were for what happened. The following day I received an email saying they were replacing my bracelet at no cost. It's in the mail now. A great company, great products, and great service.

Hi,Although I knew the stones probably are not real, but they are pretty, and I got alot of complements, however I had no issue,or no way paid $100,or more,It was actually free bracelet with a shipping charge,I used a gift card,so nothing could be taking further..I enjoy mines..

No response... no items received and 149.95 charge hitting my account the following month (not even 2 weeks later) without authorization. No emails showing order status just marketing emails. Call your credit card company and cancel your orders. This is FRAUD!! Don't fall for this scam. I have 4 charges to my credit card in less than 2weeks.
