We ordered a toy 'suitable for 1-4yrs. When it arrived the box stated, 'not suitable for children under 3 yrs. old. We asked for our money back under their "30 day money back guarantee" They basically told us to ... off. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS BUNCH OF AMERICAN THIEVES. Just wanted to add, this company is NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH MONTESSORI SCHOOLS.

I ordered the busy books, set of 4, on sale for $80. Expensive but I thought they looked nice. The first set was shipped in a plastic bag. Each book is in it's own box & has loose pieces for the child to velcro onto the pages, very cute. All 4 boxes were damaged when I received them. I called, very upset, as these were a gift. The company shipped another set right away, IN THE SAME PACKAGING WITH THE SAME RESULTING DAMAGE. I am amazed! They were very apologetic & gave me a refund right away, no argument. They said they were "changing how they ship the books". But I couldn't wait, as I said, they were a gift, which was overdue at that point. The books were cute, but had to be put together, which was disappointing for the price.

I love the quality of Montessori products as well as the educational value. The company is a dream to work with and I have been satisfied with all the products I have purchased.

I have ordered several items for my grandchildren and have not been disappointed. The Busy Bee sorter is well made and great for fine motor skills, colors and counting. I also bought the Busy Book and the 3D sticker puzzles which were great for traveling!

Very poor quality! They should be embarrassed to charge so much for it. Montessori would cry if she would know that they used her name for that plastic stuff.

In my opinion a complete scam! At first all seems ok: They acknowledge that they received my order, then I receive another e-mail giving you a racking number -that shows my order is in Woodridge. I received another e-mail stating my package was on the way - - that e-mail did not have a tracking number. I waited a few days and then tried the old tracking number and it still showed in Woodridge. I tried to reach the company - a form came up to fill out and when you try to type in it, it disappears, I told my family and they pulled up the reviews, that is when I realized something was very wrong with the company. I finally went to the bank and told them I thought I was scammed and they are taking over getting my money back. Check the reviews before you order anything.!!!

08/08/23 I upgraded my review and added another star. I finally got my order after close to 2 weeks of waiting. The product is cute, quality seems ok. The magnetic pencil is not tethered to the toy. It's definitely going to get lost; I'm sure of that. I just hope it will stand up to a 3 year old using it. Overall, I wouldn't order from them again. I expect things I order to arrive in a timely manner. I wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased from them. I ordered a Montessori activity for my grandson who's turning 3. It's been 11 days and I still don't have it. Nothing moves that slow these days; it's 2023 not 1998. The tracking number shows it's just starting to move. It sat in each place along the way for days at a time. (I have screenshots to prove it.) When I inquired about my order I got a response letting me know that I could track it online. Yay, I already know that! I'll never get it in time to send it for his birthday. Seems like a shifty business, believe the bad reviews! I told them to cancel my order. I intend to contact my bank to reverse the charges. (I couldn't find the toy on Amazon or I would've got it from them)

Ordered a set of 4 busy books for my toddler. They took ages to arrive, and then when they did were very disappointing. Cheap cardboard packaging wasn't fit for purpose and was therefore damaged. Books were very poor quality and sent in component parts so i have to put each of them together before using (no instructions either but think i can probably work it out). This was not my expectation for the price. I wanted a busy book for my toddler - not for me. Definitely will not order anything from them again
