Complete SCAM!!
Complete SCAM!!! I ordered a toy for my grandson - I placed the order 7/2 and paid for priority. I have reached out to the company and the responses are shady. So disappointed! I filed a dispute with my bank.

Founded by a mom who wanted the very best for her child, Project Montessori was born from a deep desire to nurture curiosity, independence, and joy in learning. After discovering the Montessori method, Sophie saw her child flourish and felt inspired to share that gift with other families. Every toy in our store is carefully chosen to support your child’s natural growth and help make parenting a little easier and more joyful.

Project Montessori is nothing but a SCAM operation. I ordered a "Busy Cube" from their website for $34.99 plus $5 shipping. The item arrived but I felt it was not age-appropriate for my grandson. The company had a 30-day return policy so I initiated a return the next day, per email, as they requested. I got an email in return saying they will respond in 24 hours. It's now been four days and I still haven't heard from them, despite sending another two emails. I tried calling the Customer Service number I found online but the number is "not in service." I then realized there was a gift receipt from Amazon in the packaging. I looked up the Cube on Amazon and saw that it sells there for $16.99 and shipping is free. In other words, Project Montessori got $39.99 from me, then ordered the same product from Amazon to be sent to me as a gift. While I paid $39.99 for it, they paid only $16.99, thereby making a profit of $23. That's a nice payout for doing nothing more than placing an order on Amazon. I thought the name Montessori and their 30-day refund policy meant I was not likely to be scammed, but live and learn. I recommend checking the price of any item you wish to buy to see if it's available on Amazon before ordering from any one-off online store that you are unfamiliar with. Not only would I have gotten the item for less than half of what I paid, but getting a refund would never have been an issue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. They ship from China. I've been waiting 10 days and still no sign of the order. I had no idea they ship from china. Even worse - they use Evri to ship with. I have little hope of getting the gift I need for a birthday this Saturday even though I ordered 2 weeks in advance. Not acceptable in 2023!

I was searching for a quality gift for my granddaughter in the US. I've come across this website and decided to order it for her house. She loves Animal puzzles. My daughter tells me she keeps playing with them.

Not sure about bad reviews maybe then need to sort out their supply chain, but my experience with Project Montessori was great! I ordered 6 Pack Puzzles, arrived nicely packaged, in perfect condition and within a week. Will order more gifts from them for my grandson's birthday which is coming in 2 months.

I ordered two sets of wooden musical instruments. They were originally priced at $100 each, but they were half off and then you got an additional discount for buying 2, so my total was $101.87 with taxes and shipping. What arrived was a box from Amazon! PM bought cheap Chinese goods (for $27 each) from Amazon and sent them as a "gift" to me. Also, the instrument set did not match what was on the PM website. If I return them to Amazon, I won't get all of my $ back. Nor does it make sense to pay to ship it back to a shady company who may or may not give me a refund.

This company is a complete sham. I ordered a couple of items and they were never shipped. When I inquired about them, the company accused me of waiting too long to inquire about them. Total sham company. Most likely completely fraudulent. Stay away!!!!
