Not like pictured in ad
The farm felt board is a lovely picture and the animals are very cute. However I am very disappointed in that the little round Velcro stickers are all over the picture and in order to stick the animals to the picture my granddaughter has to match up the tiny Velcro on the animal to the Velcro on the picture. No where in the ad does it show the Velcro on the picture itself. I haven't given it to my granddaughter yet but I think shes gonna get frustrated having to line up the Velcro to make the animal stick. I have looked at other ones just like this one and none of them have Velcro on the picture it just shows the child placing the animal anywhere on the picture and it stays. I also sent a message to customer service 4 days ago and haven't heard back from them.

Sophie and Project Montessori set the…
Sophie and Project Montessori set the bar for exceptional customer service. When my package was delivered to the wrong location, Sophie immediately offered to replace my order without question. She communicated on a regular basis until my replacement arrived. My daughter went to a Montessori school and now my granddaughter attends the same Montessori school and Sophie lives up to every standard that Montessori sets. Project Montessori is my first choice for the best gifts for my granddaughter. Sophie has a customer for many many years.

Love the product, love the after sale customer service even more
There was an issue with the product delivery. Not a deal breaker by any means, more of an irritant. I reached out to the folks at Montessori, and they were EXTREMELY responsive. An anomaly in this day and age. They corrected the issue immediately! Could not ask for more, really. The product itself was also great, and I love supporting the Montessori movement. Highly recommend Project Montessori!
