I reached out to Project Montessori when one of the parts on the Switch Busy Board I had recently given to my grandson broke off. Without hesitation, the company promised and provided me a replacement Busy Board at no cost to me. They also apologized for the inconvenience. I was very impressed by the positive and efficient response from the company.

Not like advertised on Facebook no extra pages for stickers all loose, had to assemble everything, hard for autistic grandson have to put stickers in separate bags for each page, missing some for page 5-6

The merchandise ships from China and not the USA as it appears to be made when reading the website. Each item shipped separately and they were sent to wrong addresses. Customer service told me to contact the post office. Since all other orders from other sellers make it to me and my address was correct in the confirmation email I see this as a problem. I am still wondering where three of the items are. The toys are cheaply made. They are not Montessori quality or anywhere close. Customer service finally responded to me and offered a 50% refund. I decided to take it because I don’t think that if I send them back I will ever get a refund. Now after two days I again have not heard back about the 50% offer. This company is a scam. I spent $300 on cheap merchandise and haven’t even received all of it. Beware of this false company!!! Adding to this review. I would never buy from them again. Two of the items were never received. I did finally receive refunds for those and the remaining items that I did not think were quality. I kept two items. After a month of back and forth at least I did receive the refunds so in some way the issues were resolved. However, I would never recommend this company. The issues being resolved does not take away from the fact that there were so many issues in the first place.

Update, I have been given a 30% off my order to compensate for the order delay. Thank you :-) The items were ordered for a Gift. They were late. When I ordered it said it would be delivered by Friday/Saturday and the party was Sunday and it was delivered Monday. If I would have know that I would have ordered somewhere else.

The toys they offer are of high quality and are very engaging for the children. The folks at the office are kind and very helpful.

Customer service was excellent. The book set I ordered was very nice…quality was excellent and is very engaging for young children.
