The mask is good but the structure of the mask hurts nose and eats. I have a red mark on my nose ( wish the nose part is made from more soft flexible material) as well as my ears hurt from the mask ear hangers after the treatment. I wish those mask parts are more flexible soft and stretchy.

It's easy to use and fuss free. Love the effects from a week's usage !

Not so easy to find the "consumables" but my gf and her friends are very satisfied

I havent tried it. Parcel just arrived today. It look sturdy. After i fully charge the control box , then i will try to use it.. Hopefully it can resolve my skin concern without giving me side effects. Thanks

The order processing went smoothly and quickly. The Nano Ionic Facial Steamer is awesome. I have to try the Luma mask for a while before I can share my experience. But I have the impression that it is good for the skin.

Can’t really see thru the sunglasses. So I can’t do things while wearing the mask. But I love the timer and that it is FDA approved.

The mask works great, love all the options and think the price is good. My only complaint is the weight of the mask. It’s heavy and nearing the end of the 20 mins. can be a little painful on the nose where the mask rests.
