Hello there, I would like to share my experience with you! I have been with Project E Beauty since 2011 I had a problem with BodySculpt/LED RF beauty system. I bought BodySculp/LED RF System in Feb 2024 For some reason it decided to give me problems… It would not take or hold a charge. The only two buttons that lit up was power & LED. Kathy/Lorrie/Antonette & Amanda… Where very helpfull. When my BodySculp/ LED RF Beauty system. When it stopped working I fully expected a get an hassel I expected to get brushed off. My machine was bought in February. I was expecting to get the run around. I expected to run the calendar out. To my great surprise it only took a week!!! I was asked a couple of questions… Take a video… Then with great ease I was sent a NEW “BODYSCULP/ LED RF BEAUDY SYSTEM. To anyone who who is new to “Project E Beauty” You will NOT be let down. The STAFF are WONDERFUL & CURIOUS & WORK FAST! You won’t be let down. The product, the machines plus staff are over the top grate! *** You will NOT go wrong with “Project E Beauty” *** Thank-you! Excellent result after two months of usage this high quality product-LED face mask. Wide spectrum of light allows to target different skin issues. I bought it as a gift for my sister as well.
