I purchased the LumaLuc Faxe+ | Pro Red Light Therapy Face & Neck Mask - LumLux Radiance Set. I expected to receive the Face Mask AND the Neck Mask AND the two Radiance serums. I received the Mask and serums only. When I asked where the neck mask was they said I only purchaed the Face Mask. My order summary email and the PDF invoice and all correspondence clearly shows “LumLux Face+ Pro LED Red Light Therapy Face & Neck Mask.” They are not sending me what I ordered and instead offered a 10% refund or 10% toward the neck mask. They have left me no choice but to file a complaint to the FTC and the State Attorney General’s office over this breach of contract.

I purchased the LumaLux Face+ | Pro LED Red Light Therapy Face & Neck Mask 10 months ago, and was very happy. Recently the battery pack stopped holding charge so I reached out to Project E to resolve the issue. They have been evasive in trying to resolve the issue. I'm really disappointed. I had read reviews prior to purchase about the battery pack but wrongly believed Project E had resolved the issue. The mask had a separate issue one month in, which they did resolve well. I expect a longer lifespan from an expensive item like this. I would advise purchasing a different LED ask from a reputable company.

Hi. I got the product but after use it refuses to charge. I was able to charge it only once with second time it empty it refuses to charge and now it is useless. I don’t k so what to do I need a replaced product or to fix this one. It’s brand new and it’s expensive such fail is a surprise and very inconvenient. Now I need help to fix this situation

I bough a red light mask, it was from sale and once I made the payment I got an email asking me if I accept the terms that I won't have the 1 year guarantee and no option to return or exchange the item as its the last sale item and they dont offer that with it... which i found very odd as a customer we have right to withdraw or get money back incase item isn't working or breaks soon after also why would I not have the guarantee?? So I refused that and money was returned to my account but I was very unhappy with that and never have I heard of such thing?? Im just putting it out there as I dont know if that actual and true and can happen but never did to me previously so...

I have not receive my product yet. How can you ask me to give review?? It took a long time to get it.

Only had the project E mask for two weeks and the remote is not charging. Contacted customer serve because I want to return it. They want videos and photos.

Terrible service, ordered items to the total of almost £700, delivery should have been within 7 days, after purchase company went completely silent, no communication whatsoever, then 3 weeks on just had an email to say order cancelled! Now Left not sure on when I expect to receive my money back too as you get no response from emailing the company! My guess is they are most probably ordering items from over seas then shipping to you, so I question the quality and guarantee for your items.
