I always make sure to review great companies, not just bad ones. This is a great company. In a product area that can be rife with disinformation, this is a trustworthy company with a well made product. The 'control box' for my face mask, which I love, stopped working and they immediately sent a replacement and also wanted to examine the defective one to improve their processes. This is great service. The mask is soothing, pleasing and relaxing and a good way to start the day or wind down before bed. The red light is very relaxing.

Outstanding customer service and highly responsive in communications. I had an issue with the remote for my RLT face mask, and it was handled promptly and completely. I have a new remote on the way, and they supplied a shipping label to return the original. Extremely satisfied with the response and care.
