After researching a lot of light masks I decided on the Project E Beauty LumaLux Face+ (Face and Neck) (LumaLux) mask. When researching masks I looked for coverage of diodes, color and near infrared options, amount of time required per session and a flexible mask. After researching around 20 masks I picked the LumaLux and I am particularly glad that I did. One of the useful YouTube channels I used in my research was Red Light Therapy by Alex Fergus, which helped me in deciding on this mask. After using this mask now for around 5 weeks I can see a positive marked difference in skin tone and clarity. My rosacea is far less obvious and my skin just looks a lot more even - to the point I am now often skipping using make up and focusing on my morning skincare followed by sunscreen and out the door I go. My neck and decolletage area have also had a visible improvement, the minor signs of crepiness developing have receded and my chest area again looks even toned and smooth. I have been very pleasantly surprised by this as I expected less improvement in this area and I am now happier to wear clothing that doesn't always cover the chest. Another thing has been the absolutely spot on Customer Service from Project E Beauty. I had an issue with the control box and both Roff and Arriane were proactively managing the case. I felt incredibly supported. Their instructions were always clear and concise, and when we couldn't resolve the issue they immediately organised for a replacement unit to be sent and organised for the collection of my faulty unit. I don't often do reviews, but I thought that this one was worth the effort.

I am very pleased with how customer service stepped up after my package was delayed. The package was nicely packaged and I was able to use my LED mask last night for the first time. I will look into other products from this line in the future.

The LED mask has really helping me with acne pigmentation, helping heal breakouts quicker, and overall increasing tonus of my skin. Recommend it!

Ive been using this face mask for just over a month now. Was packaged well, easy to use nice fitting mask. My skin is prone to rosacea and it definitely helps to reduce the redness and the inflammation which makes the different light options perfect. My skin is smoother. My issue was until I received the idiot proof email how to use I was applying the recommended serum before using not after. It doesn't specify on the serum its says use with mask but the email sorted that. Highly recommended especially as it only takes 3 mins.

Quick response to initial request and quick action once problem was presented.

I rarely give views online because it’s too much of a hassle for a busy mom like me. But my experience with project e beauty is beyond exceptional. Three months after purchasing the device, my remote got broken and refused to charge, I reached out to their customer service and took a short video of my problem. Immediately provided a resolution to replace the remote without further questions asked. Aside from the exceptional service, I I can say that the device is effective on my under eye deep lines. The overall picture of my skin improved and my pores got smaller.
