I never write reviews, but I just had to for this one. I bought the mask for my daughter last Christmas, and she absolutely loved it. I know some people may be skeptical about whether it really works, but she swears by it. Her skin has never looked so refreshed and beautiful, it’s truly well worth the money and then some. This year, I’ve purchased several of the new products for her to try, and I can’t wait to see what she thinks. This company is amazing. If you ever have an issue or a question about a product, they get back to you right away and are extremely helpful. I honestly couldn’t ask for more from a company. If you’re skeptical about the benefits of these products, just give them a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. These products really work.

Just received and looks great look forward to using and will update a review then. Ordered on a Black Friday deal and next day cyber monday was a little better. I contacted them and refund was given immediately for the difference. Great customer service.

I finally took the plunge on the expensive Project E Lumalux after confirming the high-power specs (800+ LEDs, Deep Infrared) recommended by Alex Fergus, and I'm thrilled to report the science holds up! I've been following his advice and doing the 3-minute treatment twice a day, and the results have been incredible: my skin is noticeably firmer, my tone is more even, and blue light clears hormonal spots after 4 days.

The customer service of this company is simply excellent. After months of use, my mask developed a fault, and as soon as I contacted customer service and provided a video showing the issue, they immediately arranged a replacement. The new order was placed right away and arrived the very next day ! Wow, that's efficiency. All the staff I corresponded with were prompt in their replies and very helpful.
