We love the products, but what really stands out is the customer service. After a recent experience that resulted in a return and replacement, the continuous back and forth of emails between ourselves and the customer service team kept us informed and updated at all times. The team personnel that dealt with our issue were all polite, courteous, attentive, friendly, proactive and extremely professional, it made the whole process a pleasant experience. Communication 10/10 i had a issue with my device not changing. This was immediately adressed and advice was given to me to rule out user issues. A replacement was sent no questions asked. Service was prompt and courteous. %100 recommend.

It took me a while to decide what red light therapy mask to buy, as there are many options. Finally, I purchased the LumaLux Mask. I see the difference it's made on my skin, and I enjoy using it. I recently had an issue with my charger and they promptly sent me a new one. I very much appreciate the excellent customer service.

Bought the red light mask after reading very positive reviews on Alex Fergus' site. He tests red light products to make sure they're delivering what they promise and raved about Project E's mask. He was right. Have used the mask for months and recently was told my skin was glowing. I'd never been told anything like that before. Customer service is very attentive. A+ all around.
