No matter what my issue is with my printer Procolored has been at my ever issue ready and willing to walk me through the problem or even come in remotely and fix the problem. I have had my printer about two years or maybe a little over but this company has been wonderful to help and they will always be my #1 for printers, in the future if I have to have another this is the company I will go back and buy another printer from, Hats off to this entire company engineers are wonderful and so is customer service and support.
