I’m very happy with the customer service I’ve received from Pro colored. Their team has been very helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the process. They have taken the time to answer all my questions, help me understand the issues I’ve been experiencing with my printer, and guide me through the troubleshooting steps.

He was great! It has taken us 2 days for someone to take the time to fix and help us. Finally we got someone and was amazing! Fixed all of our issues and we are back and running!

Best customer service highly recommended. It’s now two years after buying the printer customer service is awesome.
