ProcoloredReviews of procolored.com

Purchased the Procolored F13 DTF printer and I absolutely hate it! I started having issues after using it for a couple of months. At the 6 month mark I couldn’t use the printer at all due to a BAD motherboard and print head according to technician who didn’t want to honor warranty. Had to fight just to have Procolored send me replacement part. WARRANTY IS ONLY 6 MONTHS!

I have had my pro colored for just about seven months. I have had more issues with it than anything else not printing right clogging and now I had to repair everything and get all new stuff and I’ve been waiting over four weeks for it. I am unable to contact anybody because nobody is obviously there I get hung up on the phone. I get told my order has not been found which I clearly have a receipt for and then I’m also told nothing when I communicate with the AI message board says there are people are off-line so who is the customer service for this company? Who is the CEO? Maybe a lawyer should be involved on this Because this obviously is not a true company if it’s gonna be taking my money and not sending me my product.

I also received the P13… First of all, the installation is unnecessarily complicated — for anyone without some technical knowledge, it’s a complete waste of time right from the start. Once the installation is finally done, I’ve now spent two months wasting hours with the support technicians in the chat. They have you disassemble and reassemble random parts of the machine, thinking it will fix the issue — but we’re just going in circles. To this day, there’s still no solution: only about one out of four prints actually works, and then the same errors come back again. I’m not asking for a refund, but for an actual solution — I just want the machine to work properly. Be careful before investing in these machines — you’ve been warned. here's their answer : Additionally, as your printer has exceeded our return window, we regret that we are unable to process a return at this time. Should our engineer be unable to resolve your issue through online assistance, we will provide further solutions. Thank you. I've been contacting them " 2 days after receiving this bad printer "

Well now PROCOLORED wants to get slick with the mouth because i will not give in and will continue posting the negligence from them. I have emailed them stating that the printer head needed was as per FEDEX lost and this is how they want to answer me..... support@procolored From: support@procolored Mon, Oct 20 at 5:22 PM Hi ， Then you can wait for FedEx to process the claim and purchase a new print head. If the claim you submitted is successfully approved by FedEx, then FedEx will make the compensation after the claim is approved. So if you need a new print head now, just purchase a new one directly. Sincerely, Irene Procolored Customer Support Team soooo such a great customer support to tell me to sit and wait yet i have been with the same issue since July 2025- the nerve they have. DONT BUY FROM PROCOLORED

My son purchased me a new Procolor K13 pink printer and right out the box it had issues. We followed the unboxing and setup tutorial and the print head is stuck and the software and drivers won't load from the USB drive that came with it. I call customer service and they provide me with an engineer who you can only talk to via online chat. They want me to take apart the printer and take multiple videos and pictures so they can figure out the problem. After 4 hrs online the engineer couldn't fix it and tells me that they will ship me repair parts. I'm not an engineer and why would they ask the customer to take apart and repair a brand new printer. I have asked for a replacement or refund and all customer support says if we are trying to come up with a suitable solution. That ridiculous. I was excited to get the printer but this has turned into an absolute disaster

I purchased a printer less than 4 months ago I have had the worst experience in my life with the time difference and trying to get technical support to assist. My white ink does not print we have done all these steps steps and then the tech person lied and said that I did not want to co-operate with trouble shooting when we have been doing it for over a month with no working device. I am beyond frustrated.

If I could give the entire experience negative stars I absolutely would!!!! So I ordered the Procolored P13 DTF Printer 13" A3 XP600 printer in May and didn’t receive it until August 26th…right out of the box it is broken and missing pieces. So, when I try and get help from someone the “engineer” told me to glue the broken piece and it can run like that until I get the new part. You will never under any circumstances EVER be able to talk to a real live person. Everything is through messenger and you are constantly getting disconnected. You need to at least have nothing going on for around 3-4 days to be able to message back and forth with these people for anything. They will not take the printer back if you put ink in it but the kicker is you have to actually put ink into the printer to see if it will print or not?!!! They won’t give you a refund or replace the 4K brick you buy just keep telling you I am very sorry you’re frustrated please speak with our engineers. It’s been a disgusting and unfortunate experience all the way around. I’ve spent 4K on a printer that doesn’t work. The longer it sits the more things that accumulate that are wrong with it. Currently the ink lines are clogged and the machine itself is sitting in pieces because you have to dismantle the ENTIRE machine to remove one piece. It’s been a god awful experience and I will be telling everyone and anyone that wants to purchase from these people please don’t! They will take your money and not give a crap about the consumer. The YouTubers that get these nice fancy machines for free for good PR don’t get the same product average people do we get complete and utter trash. My printer came missing the ink cart cover and line covers and the actual slide part that helps the ink cart move to be able to print literally fell off when the machine was set up and powered on. The Mac rip software glitches and also the first engineer said it couldn’t even be loaded onto my computer lol the second one it took about 6 hours for him to load it on the desktop. The dongle sent with the printer doesn’t work. It’s a laundry list of disgust basically. If they attempted to make it right I would gladly give them a better review but they don’t seem interested so here we are.

THIS COMPANY SELLS FAULTY MACHINES AND REFUSES REFUNDS. #2065 I purchased the P13 DTF printer from Procoloured back in April, I was told this would arrive in June. 5 months later they sent my shipment, the original went 'missing' and another was sent. This was completely faulty. I spent 2 days speaking to engineers trying to fix the fault it had arrived with, being passed from one person to another being asked to repeat the same processes. No resolution. Despite arriving with a fault they said they would not accept a return as ink had been installed. It is a direct instruction from Procolored to install the ink, there is also no way of knowing if it works without doing so. I was told i would receive an email from management this never came, I'm now going through my payment provider to receive my funds of nearly £5000 back. Across social media the exact same problem is happening to numerous people and a facebook group has even been created regarding a lawsuit. Do not invested with this company, they will send your unusable machines and ignore you. They are also leaving fake 5* reviews following every negative review being left by a legitimate customer
