Have been using procolored for 3 years now and have multiple printers from them! The price is unbeatable and the colors are so vibrant!

I was having issues setting up my software for my P13. I emailed got a response quickly and they went far and beyond to help me. 10/10 service. I'm loving my new printer.

Positive expierence with technical Support. Could not install printer driver. I had contact over the Chat function on Procolored Homepage and the technician solved the problem in 20 minutes. He made also all the necessary settings and tests.

I purchased the Procolored DTF F13Pro for our small business (because I was done with the old-school, messy screen printing). The printer has been amazing and the daily maintenance is easy. But my 5-star rating is actually even moreso for their online engineer chat service. I had a major issue where one of my ink sacs/cartidges was clogged (when it was working fine only 2 hours prior) and I was in the middle of a print job for an order. Obviously, I was freaking out because the order was due in 3 days. I reached out to customer service and they responded to my email in a timely manner, and provided me with a link to chat with their online engineers (available 24/6). My engineer, NanLin, was amazing. NanLin stayed on with me for HOURS, assessing the issue, providing me with images and videos to follow along until we figured out the issue (I ended up having to switch my print heads which is not easy to do). NanLin stayed on the line with me after it took me an hour to do it. NanLin figured out my problem and I was able to complete my print job and my printer is still working well so far. I then reached out for a secondary issue, where my print-head assembly would suddenly stop and say there was an impact/anti-collision error, when there was no reason for that to happen. So I figured NanLin was so great, I tried the online engineer chat again. This time, Bing helped me. Bing figured out my issue in a few minutes and sent me a video showing me how to adjust the sensitivity settings of my sensors on my print head assembly. And suddenly, the issue that kept happening almost 6 time for a small print job, stopped happening entirely and my prints look great. I'm new to the DTF world and know I have a lot to learn. But this printer is great for small businesses and the customer service is just as amazing. It's a great product (especially for the price....there's a lot more expensive printers out there, but this one works perfectly for half the cost) but even greater customer service. I'm happy I chose Procolored for my small business.
