My experience with the after sale team and engineer was great. They were patience and very helpful. I was having problems with the oven and ended up having to replace parts. Thanks to Buck the engineer all is working well now.

Printer is amazing! Runs like a champ and the colors are out of this world. We were having trouble with the printer at first and their costumer service helped us fix the issue in no time. So far so good. Its hard to set up but the tech support engineers are very helpful and friendly and always available. The pring quality is good. I have the L1800 and P13 just arrived last week after my setup and tech support, they get me right and printing is going ok so far. P13 is supposed to print faster but im finding that is not true. Its actually a bit slower than the L1800. Im dissatisfied at the print speed.

I have the procolored L1800 or f13 and it’s my very first DTF printer and I must say it’s been the best printer. I have been loading lots of work on this printer and it’s been an excellent printer. Not only is the printer amazing but the ink is just as amazing love the colors. I have had only 1 issue due to me not informing myself of the issue I had on hand, but all is Good because I reached out to Procolored customer service; the best customer service I have been provided, they are, respectful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Fix my issue and I will go back to printing. Amazing printer amazing customer service amazing company.

I took the plunge and purchase 2 printers from procolor. 1 uv dtf printer and 1 dtf printer after a lot of research I went with procolor and I am so glad I did. I have had them now for about 5 months and nothing has gone wrong they work perfect
