I bought my machine in April of 2024. Yesterday and today the Procolored representatives have went above and beyond to help me set it up. This 13 inch dual heads DTF-PRO A3 printer will make for an amazing addition to our business. Easy to place the order, prompt delivery and a fabulous staff to help you when you need it. Technology is not my friend, and they made this experience stress free. Thank you Procolored.

Whenever it comes to Procolored customer service it’s by far the best customer service I’ve had with all my printers I have. They always answer very fast and help me fix my problems if I ever have any. They also give me tips on how to do maintenance my printer to keep it running. My first printer I had for about 3-4 years and it’s still running amazing. I just purchased my second one recently and I couldn’t be more excited!

My experience with Procolored so far has been outstanding. Shipment was smooth, easy setup and their customer service was excellent. They answered all questions I had and made the process smooth. Definitely recommend Procolored to anyone looking for a good DTF Printer.

I had just received my printer and got it set up, but it wasn't working. Once I was able to get connected with the engineers, we went through everything. There were only minor adjustments that needed to be made, but I felt a lot better knowing the engineer looked over all areas and continued on with me until I was able to print out a couple pictures! I greatly appreciated their help
