I’ve been using the Procolores F13 and overall I’m very happy with the product. The DTF transfers come out in excellent quality, vibrant and consistent — definitely a great choice for anyone in the printing business looking for high-resolution results. At first, I had some trouble getting the machine to start properly, but their customer service was outstanding. They were patient, responsive, and walked me through the process step by step until everything was up and running. One thing to note is that I’ve had to restart the machine several times when it gets stuck, which can be a bit frustrating. But once it’s working, it delivers great results. For the price and performance, I think it’s a solid investment — especially with the level of support they offer. So far, very satisfied and would recommend it to others looking to get into DTF printing.
