I have just started using the printer. I ran into some barriers during setup. I opened a chat to get past this bump int the road. Not only did they fix the problem, they stayed with me until setup was complete. That included calibrating, filling the ink, diagnostics and a first print (which turned out very good). You don't often get a live person who is guiding you and responsive to your exact question (as opposed to a bot or someone feeding pre-canned responses). I look forward to getting started on some projects and am not apprehensive if I run into a technical problem.

If I could give it 100 stars I would!! I needed help downloading the application on my Mac computer and I tried everything and nothing seem to work until I got in contact with the engineer. He is amazing. He got it working and also connected my printer and it is now printing! I am so blessed with this company. I will definitely keep doing business with them.

Sometimes there are things that are out of our control. I was asked to test out the new K13 Lite printer. I got it all setup and it was only printing white color. I reached out the the tech support, they logged in to my computer and let me tell you they did one little adjustment and I was up and ready to print. I also own a Pro F13 printer and they are always so eager to help work out my kinks when I have issues.

When looking to purchase a UV direct to product printer I did some research on printers. And procolored had all excellent reviews. I have been printing with this printer running a small business out of my house now for three years. The technical team has been there to help me from day 1 set up to Any trouble shooting and replacement part directions. But from this company and you will be well taken care of
