The accessibility of being able to get help 24/6 is wonderful and the knowledge the techs have is A+

I have logged on twice with tech support and both times the techs have got my printer working like it should. The first time was get the printer to find the x position. The second time took a little bit, had to get the print head and the ink pad lined up so the cleaning process would work right. These people know how to help get your machine printing like it supposed to.

I've had an outstanding experience with Pro Colored! From the moment I started working with them, their customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. The team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help — no matter how big or small the issue. What truly sets them apart is their technical support. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, their experts were readily available and provided clear, professional guidance. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality products with such top-tier service. Thank you, Pro Colored, for consistently going above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team behind their products!
