I love my new printer! It is the Procolored K13 Lite in Pink. This is my first time ever using/ printing DTF and it has been a breeze. Also, their customer service is amazing! They have been able to help me with any minor user errors. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try DTF, but is hesitant.

The technician I worked with, was very helpful. He answered all my questions, provided me insight and took his time. I did not feel rushed in the process and he helped me get everything set up on my new PC in no time.

Pro colored has assisted me every step of the way. I have had my machine for 3 years and it is still doing the job. When I run into issues, tech assist me in a timely manner and are very polite. Highly recommended! I have the l800 dtf and oven.
