Procolored is a great and amazing product, I bought a p13 and it's the best thing that's ever happened to my business, the software is quite user-friendly and if questions arise, the technical support is always ready to help and solve, they are very kind, understanding and professional!

Completely impressed by the company, and product. Beautiful color options and honestly the customer service was what truly set this company apart from the rest! I had trouble (due to my company) the representative logged in and remotely did everything for me. I can’t wait to see what other products I end up with in the future!

This is only the second time that I've had to contact customer support at procolored in the last year. (Both times because of things I did rather than the machine itself.)
