Engineer Tan is my hero! He spent hours helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue with my printer. He was super helpful and extremely patient with me as someone inexperienced. I highly recommend this brand for their customer service alone!

Today was a wonderful day as a Procolored customer. I had a service issue, and my engineer walked me through the path to successfully restoration of all function of my printer. I learned some things along the way, and I really love my printer. I will continue to create beautiful items using my F13 Panda DTF Printer 13" L1800 and will definitely recommend Procolored to anyone interested in a printer in the future. Thank you, Yvette Burruss
