We bought our first DTF printer and went with a K13 lite with the smokeless over. While there was a little bit of a learning curve, it was very easy to assemble, download and use. Support was amazing with the one small issue we had and acted quickly. Colors are amazing.

I was struggling with my procolored k13 as im new to it and thanks to the great customer service, i got it back on track. So happy thank you so much !

printer is great had a few problems but there after sales team and engineers helped me fix and cure all problems with care and patience

les techniciens sont très professionnels et patients, mon encre blanche de s'imprimait pas. apres plusieurs test ils m'ont dit que c'était la tête d'impression qui avait un probleme. je l'ai reçue sous 2 jours week end compris (tres rapide) j'ai tout changé moi meme avec l'aide du technicien et tout fonctionne. merci beaucoup je recommande

I've tried other DTF printers and just the quality of the prints alone with my Procolored L1800 is exceptional, and plus costumer service and the techical supports are best 24hour help away i appreciate it so much
