The Machine took almost 2 months to get here and there seems to already be tech issues but the customer service is really great and has the easiest way to guide anyone that is struggling.

Gut finde ich die Techniker bei euch sind sehr Hilfsbereit was ich nicht so gut Finde ist die lange Wartezeit und die Info über die Lieferung und Status da mein Drucker Heute Geliefert wurde und keine Info wann Stand er Heute bei Minus 3 grad auf der Straße von 9Uhr 46 bist ich nach hause gekommen bin 16 /30 Uhr das fand ich nicht so gut für ein Gerät von fast 1700 Euro ist Gott sei dank alles gut gegangen

I’ve giving 4 stars out of frustration of the amount of work I’ve had to put into the print since taking it out of the box. However 5 stars goes to customer support and how patient they have been while getting things fixed for me. This is for sure not a simple printer and knowing how to do maintenance is a must. They have made it as easy as possible with sending videos and guiding me through the process as best as they can for each situation I have had.

I purchased the L1800 in August. It has been a bit of a learning curve, but I love my printer! I wish it was easier to learn to use and troubleshoot the printer. Maintenance has not been an issue for me, as people have stated. I DO leave my printer on all the time, so it performs self cleaning and I print at least every 2-3 days.

I purchased the UV DTF VF13 Pro. I was so excited when it arrived and anxious to get it setup. My husband and step-father helped with the setup on the printer itself, and I am so glad they did. My only complaint so far with the process is the major lack of instructions. There were no instructions provided with the printer. There was a card with a QR code to a video and online installation instructions however, they were for a machine that does not match mine. That made it fun to figure out how to install something over a bad that does not exist on my machine. Once we finally got the printer setup it was time to move to the software setup. According to the "online video and instructions", I was missing a USB flash drive to install the software. So I got online and into a chat with Tech support and this is where things got much easier. I was connected to someone immediately (no wait time) and they informed me that they no longer send the USB with the printer anymore and that it is downloadable. He remotely logged into my computer and worked his magic. He was so fast and had everything setup in no time flat. I was able to take photos of the printer and send them to him for his review and guidance, which was so nice. I was able to print my first thing with no problems. So far I love the printer, I just wish there were better instructions. I also think it would be nice to have a book or class on the software itself because there is alot of information that I am clueless about on the programs. But I guess I will figure them out as I go lol.

The prints come out constant in color, print after print. Occasional computer/printer communication issues. Also occasionally the print will stop mid print like it’s done and I have to reprint. But overall, this machine has made my life easier and my customers happier.
