I was upgrading from the Lite version of the software to the full V2.0 and I knew that I had to call to get this done. The service was amazing and so fast. Their support technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will walk you through any issues until everything is resolved. As for performance, the print quality on my K13 Lite is excellent—the output looks fantastic. The one area where they could improve is shipping speed for consumables (ink, powder, film). Currently, if you run out of supplies, there’s no option for expedited or next-day shipping, meaning you might be waiting up to a week to get back up and running. Offering faster delivery options for consumables would make a huge difference for active users. Overall, I’m very happy with the machine and the support team. Would definitely recommend them.
