I had trouble starting my printer
I had trouble starting my printer, i had no clue on where or what to do with my problem. I decided to get connected with procolor engineer they guide me well that i did not have trouble following the step they gave me. They were calm and detailed on the instruction

First time DTF owner
Setting up the printer was easy. First-time DTF owner here, and I'm loving my Mother's Day. When I need help, I reach out to customer service, and they are great. No hassles; they guide me and help me solve any problems with my printer. This printer has kept me busy since May. I love it and definitely recommend it.
