I love it. I just bought my F13 printer and honestly, I'm thrilled. The customer service is super fast and they help whenever I've needed it. The installation videos help a lot since they are very explanatory and easy. I recommend it.

I really appreciate the technical support the Procolored team provides; whenever I have an issue with my printers, they stick with me until the problem is resolved, and that is more than excellent I had been having issues with my DTF K13 Lite printer since yesterday and asked for help; now my prints are coming out great, THANK YOU SO MUCH

I would like to sincerely thank B-Engineer-Ethan for his outstanding help. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and very clear in his explanations, which made everything easy to understand. He helped me reset the system so I could change the ink in my printer. For some reason, my printer still wasn’t working properly, so he went above and beyond by helping me print something from his end to get my printer to recognize and print the colors correctly. I had been waiting quite a while to connect with an engineer, but in the end, it was absolutely worth it because I was fortunate to receive his assistance. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process.
