this is my second Procolored printer. I purchased a P13 and have been having a few issues getting to know the software. So far, Buck and the engineering team have been terrific in answering my questions and have been very patient with my being naive about how the software works. Loving the printer so far!

I had a great experience with Procolored’s technical support. I was having issues with my printer, including an “ink pad is at the end of its service life” error and then my printer not responding when I tried to print. Gaffiy was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He remotely assisted me, walked me through the troubleshooting steps, had me restart the printer, clean the nozzle, and run a nozzle test to make sure everything was working correctly. What I appreciated most was that I never felt rushed, even though troubleshooting took some time. He stayed with me until we confirmed that my printer was printing properly again. This also wasn’t the first time their technical support team has helped me with my printer, and each time they’ve been patient and willing to work through the problem with me. Great customer service and after-sales support. Thank you Gaffiy and the Procolored support team for getting me back up and running! ❤️
