Amazing printer and excellent customer service! I absolutely love my Procolored K13 lite DTF printer. I received it a few months ago. I have contacted the customer service representatives for the ink reset and that is about it. Each time I have contacted them, I have been able to resolve it on the spot. The customer service is great and helpful. They are very responsive whenever I have needed assistance.

I contacted support for an issue with my printing, Hooly from after sales Customer support was prompt and connected me to an engineer. Engr Billson took over and we connected through team viewer and he then fix and updated my software. Guided me through the next steps of what to do next and there you go, L1800 printing great after the fix. Shout out to both of them! Thank you!
