I'm regret buying the printer with Procolored, if I knew they were based in China I would've search for local retailers, the service is bad too, and I had to replace my print head already. I wish I could speak to someone over the phone when it comes to tech support, instead I have to use system, which SUCKS. Being chatting with them for hours on different days, was thinking of buying a another printer, this experience has changed my mind to go local.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! THE DTF PRINTER I PURCHASED DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY AT ALL. THERE IS NO SUPPORT TO HELP YOU EITHER! THEY ARE A SCAM SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY! IF YOU NEED TO RETURN THE MACHINE THEY TRY TO GET OUT OF GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. THANKS TO ME PURCHASING THROUGH AMAZON I WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE SOFTWARE FROM THEM GAVE MY COMPUTER A VIRUS. I WAS SHOWED EXACTLY WHERE THE VIRUS CAME FROM AND IT WAS FROM THEIR SOFTWARE. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I AM ALSO SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD BAD ISSUSES WITH THEM TOO. Can I give them a zero, purchased the DTF printer a few years ago. I am not tech savy, but printer kept having issues and this company could never find my purchase, bc we purchased through Amazon and financed with affirm, caused a big mix-up so they would never help only through support in china different time zones and NO ENGLISH JUST VIDOE OF MOVING HANDS. NEVER REPLACED ANY PARTS TO HELP US.

I would give a lower review if I could. My wife ordered this printer from AliExpress (back when they were still on there, ever wondered why they closed their store on there? Too many complaints from buyers), and her only mistake was not using her AMEX card for the purchase. I have never encountered a more disappointing and poorly functioning printer. The sellers are untrustworthy and refuse to acknowledge the faults of their product. The printer doesn’t work; it’s either clogged or too wet to print anything. It breaks my heart to see her stressed and upset over this situation. She had to take out a loan to start her business, and witnessing her struggle to repay that loan is disheartening. These people are liars. The positive reviews you see on here are either paid for or misleading. THIS PRINTER DOES NOT WORK. Additionally, the oven we purchased along with this printer just broke down, after my wife spent over £500 on replacement parts (the printer head) for the DTF. She never uses the Oven, how will something that wasn't used spoil? She’s constantly having to buy replacements, and their customer service is terrible, especially with the time zone difference. Doing business with these people will only lead to frustration and debt. STAY AWAY!

In January, I paid a reservation for the new Procolored K8 DTF printer, which, according to the information on their website, would give me access to a discounted price after launch. It said I’d receive a link to buy the printer once it was available — but I never got any message, email, or update. Three months passed with no communication at all, and then I suddenly received a refund of my reservation — again, with no explanation. I emailed them to ask when I would be informed about the special price or how the process works, but I never got a response. Now the printer is listed at £1,500, not the lower price I was expecting. Honestly, it’s very disappointing. I basically ended up lending them money for three months, with no follow-up, no support, and no chance to buy at the promised discount.

You use the printer it will stop working, you don't use it stop working. Just don't buy, you will always have to buy parts and waste your time texting the procolored technician who will anyway always say you new part. All they say its buy new parts who they will sell you 3x the value of the part.

I purchased the F13 printer from Procolored and received a unit that was clearly defective. It was used for less than one day, with only four test prints – all of which were unusable. The print quality was extremely poor: completely inaccurate colors, dull and faded designs, and unusual mechanical noises during operation, despite correct setup as per the manual. What adds to the disappointment is the fact that, immediately after my purchase, Procolored began promoting the newer P13 model – at almost the same price as the F13. When I ordered, the P13 wasn’t even available, and I had no option to choose it. Now, customers can buy the improved model under almost identical conditions. This is frustrating and feels unfair. I contacted support expecting a straightforward solution, but so far I’ve received no real resolution. I expected better product quality and customer service from a company positioning itself as professional.
