Very good communication and very swift delivery. However, my parcel arrived open and the contents were missing. After a quick call another delivery was arranged and I received my parcel two days later. Would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve been using this company for over a year now. My only complaint is it seems like with every order, it’s taking longer and longer for them to ship out.

I love that it’s so easy to order, but I wish it cost less

The only problem I have had is that they took a week to reply to my messages.

Needed to get permission from my husband to use his card, but when he called to give permission and they didn’t verify his identity. I could’ve had any male call and claim they were him to run his card. Didn’t seem very secure. Otherwise, very happy with the service!

I absolutely love Prjkt Ruby, but sometimes their customer service is useless. I love the concept and what they stand for, but it isn't necessarily convenient. I also find the autoship program to be a joke because you can't actually adjust it at all.

I honestly dont love that I didn't get a notification my prescription was changing due to mine becoming unavailable until it came with the new Rx.... it's apparently the same thing, but I'd like to know before it is sent to me.
