I paid for fast shipping but I had to do a video conference and that took a day or two to schedule but it took about five minutes to do and then it took awhile longer than I wanted to get here I could’ve saved my money instead of paying extra for fast shipping . Other than that 8/10 from me! It’s easy and it’s discreet.

Loved the ease of ordering. Birth control made me crazy.

I love getting my birth control pills delivered rather then having to run to the pharmacy every month. It is also cheaper then getting it through my insurance and the auto refill means I don't even have to remember to order more. My only issue was that my first 3 orders were all different brands. My last order was the same brand I've been on and I'm hoping it stays that was as my body has responded differently to each one.

I love PRJKT RUBY and its been a really great experience using their service! Their customer service is amazing and they above and beyond to take care of any issues that come up. My reason for only 4 stars is because when I renewed my prescription, the Dr. that renewed it was no longer with PRJKT RUBY, so my prescription was cancelled without providing an reason as to why I was being prompted by email to set up a time to call to have my prescription renewed. The first CS agent didn't really explain it and there was an issue on their side to taking care of it, but the 2nd Customer Service agent explained the reason and expedited(same day) the necessary phone call to renew the prescription.

This is a great service and I have always had friendly and prompt service. I am thrilled that the list of states you can ship to has expanded since I recently moved. A little bummed that you guys stopped taking discover card.

My only issue is trying to set up auto refill after having to manually refill my prescription was very confusing. I thought I had ordered it but it turned out I hadn't which made me late receiving my birth control. But otherwise I really enjoy the company. I just would recommend making that part easier.

I've had a few issues with this company, from not getting a consult for 2 weeks and having paid already , to having been charged and not shipped for a few as well I've been using this 4 years now and it's recently took a nose dive. I use to love it. I've considered switching to pill club multiple times.
