Mailed my stuff to the wrong address, somehow used an address I had not lived at in months. I ran out of pills waiting for the package. When called, said they would put out a replacement to the correct address right away (which they did). Asked for an additional single pack of birth control as a failsafe in case anything like this happened again. They billed me $20 for the additional pack, but never sent it. I work 11 hour nightshifts and sleep during the day. Getting a hold of their customer service is such a pain in the a** and they call back at whatever hour they feel like no matter what you ask them to note in your file.

Purchased overnight shipping and it took over a week to arrive, and they refused to refund me. My cycle is all messed up now

Placed an order on a Thursday and was guaranteed delivery by Saturday. Got an email and phone call on Friday saying that my payment was declined. I called back right away and they said I received the message in error and that my payment had been processed and order would be received Saturday. No package received on Saturday so I called again and they said the payment was declined and they apologized for the error on their end. Then guaranteed my package would be delivered by Tuesday. It’s now Wednesday and still no package. Now the order will be ineffective and I cannot use it. I have left messages and sent emails and still no response. The disorganization is evident and the customer service is poor. So disappointed, I will never rely on Project Ruby again.
