I never knew that buying birth control online was even an option. The ability to purchase,at an affordable price, my preferred form of contraception has been life changing. It alleviates the stress of having to find a doctor approved by my insurance and allows me to continue with my life as normal.

Other than the price, the service was great. No issues with ordering and everything was delivered on time!

I love Project Ruby! They make it so easy to get birth control. I was very nervous about getting birth control because I have heard so many stories of women gaining tons of weight or having negative reactions to it. But after speaking with the doctor and using my birth control I was able to get on the pill with no symptoms, spotting, or weight gain. I have been using Project Ruby for a year now. My only complaint with them is that their packaging is cheap, the birth control doesn't come in a protective case but cardboard cut out. Doesn't affect the efficiency at all but it would be nice if they would include it in a case.

PRJKT RUBY changed my brand. This new brand my cramps are worse.

Hi Kathleen, Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback. Sometimes there are changes in manufacturer/supplier, but we'll always give you therapeutically equivalent oral contraception, so you shouldn't notice a change. That being said, if you're having some uncomfortable symptoms, give us a call during business hours at (844) 887-7829 and we'll be happy to help.

Love the service, everything is so easy and friendly. The only thing I don’t understand is why on auto refill I end up with several extra packs. Like they send out the refill too early and then over time it feels like I’m paying too often.

The service associates were polite and helpful in me being able to order my EC online as I needed it as quickly as possible (got it 72 hours of the 120 hours you’re supposed to take it after unprotected sex), and were one of the most important sources of help in me not losing my mind during and after this time. Thank you guys so much!!!

Exactly what I ordered, friendly doctor and customer service. I am in a region that required a video consultation. While it went well and I felt safe the wait time was much longer than advertised- so make sure you have an hour or two to leave the computer on standby. I wouldn't have known the queue time but customer service gladly informed me since I thought the service just wasn't working. Will use again!
