I loved this company until you stopped shopping to DC. Now I have to have my products sent to my moms house and I may or may not have time to travel out of state. I’ve missed months of coverage because of this inconvenience. I was also told it would temporary but it’s been about a year and doesn’t look like there’s a change coming in the foreseeable future.

For the most part Project Ruby works exactly as described. Signing up and getting your initial prescription is pretty easy, and the auto-renew and delivery is reliable and easy. THAT BEING SAID: There is apparently only one doctor that is “assigned” to my entire state (CT). He is only available for consultations in the morning— and even though the renewal consultation is short, the reason I use Project Ruby is that my own work as a teacher gives me a rigid schedule. I can’t block off a 4-hr period of time to anticipate their call, and I can’t drop everything and leave my students to take a call of a personal nature, no matter how short the call is. I have told them this multiple times and given them the exact times when I would be available, but they seem very inflexible. Seems surprising given the nature of their service.It also seems like this should be an easy fix...

Most insurance pays for birth control . I do this because it’s easier and faster wish it was a bit cheaper

I love how easy it is. But dislike the fact that you have to buy three months at a time.

After using another service, I've come to realize that there have been customer service issues while using PRJKT RUBY. I've had questions that have gone unanswered when a little guidance would have been greatly appreciated, and I was able to fill the holes of their service with another company extremely easily. Its a shame that I couldn't rely on them to be more professional.
