Literally disgusting customer service. I’m surprised there are people out there who have had a good experience with this company. I called for the consultation and I don’t even understand how the woman I talked to turned it to be so rude. She was not patient and did not even offer any sort of help before becoming very short and rude to me. Will never be coming back or recommending. You all need to check your staff because this was horrible.

Did not call during convenient time I gave. I made it very clear I could not accept phone calls after 4pm EST (I work, I don't think its unreasonable to ask for the call during typical business hours). I received a call at like 630 EST, and didn't receive a call at all the next day. I needed the pills ASAP. I did finally get them, but I was under the impression it was an easier process, and I was assured that the dr would call me before I went to work.

I am very unhappy with PRJKT RUBY. I was sent a different type of birth control without first being notified. Because of this I have discontinued my enrollment with the company.

We recently changed manufacturers/distributors for a few of our products, and the new brands are therapeutically equivalent, meaning they have the exact same active ingredients, just under a different name. Yes I got my order, timely and correct. But the doctor who prescribed my pills was rude over the phone rushed and did not answer my question. When I emailed PRJKT Ruby to voice a legitimate concern over the prescription I would be taking I never received a reply. But have been asked multiple times to rate and review PRJKT Ruby via email.

Website said the charge would be labeled prjkt ruby on my credit card statement, however I was charged from Bella Brands. I tried calling bella brands and prjkt ruby to get answers but no one answers the phone. Still have not recieved my order. I received an email on Jan 4th saying it was approved and being prepared to ship. Now I am two weeks behind on my birth control. Update: The website said to update my review to respond to your reply. Thank for for responding to my review. I still have not received my birth control.
