The whole experience was so painless. The doctor was very nice and they help you get exactly what you need. You fill out the questionnaire online, pay, then a doctor calls you to confirm your prescription and a couple days later you get it in the mail! it's very discreet only brandishing the PRJKTRUBY logo and your mail label. The shipping and processing in total took about 1 week from the time of ordering, Sunday night. The doctor called me on Wednesday. I received my prescription Friday.

I had original issues receiving my order. I contacted the help online and immediately received my order. They were so polite, caring, and intent on resolving the delivery issue. It was amazing!
