Every time I try to get anything done with this company it's a huge hassle. Multiple phone calls, mistakes made over and over. It's incredibly frustrating. It seems that the base of your advertising is simplicity, yet you utterly fail to be simple in ANY way.

My emergency contraception pill came a week late

My preliminary experience with PRJKT Ruby was really positive, however about four months ago, there was a change in the manufacturing of my birth control and I was sent a new brand without much forewarning. My auto-refill was at the same time also changed to every 2 months without my approval, even though my auto-refill still indicates that I should be receiving 3 months worth. I was unable to modify it online,and customer service is non-responsive, which resulted in a massive gap in my prescription. I had to purchase an order in addition to my auto-refill to get my birth control within the week, which defeats the prupose of an autorefill. Through this all customer service still has not responded to my email from 1 week ago regarding my concerns.

Want to love this service, but the first time I used it, I had to wait 2.5 hours for a dr consult. Ridiculous given that they state the average wait time is 5 min. Once the dr was available I was busy with other commitments, but got repeated calls, texts, and emails that the dr was ready to speak with me as if they expected me to drop everything for it. Second time was even worse. Technical problems where the website randomly switch my order to a different prescription plus much confusion as to whether or not I needed a dr consult led to a ridiculous amount of communication with customer service and ultimately a 4 day delay in my prescription being shipped. I'll stick with it because I think it's the only service available like this in my state, but I really wish I could use nurx instead.

My order was smashed/damaged. I followed the instructions & called immediately several times, even left a voicemail w/ my contact info to have a pharmacist or customer rep to please call me to remedy the issue. I have not received a return call to date 08/02/2019.

Doctor was rude on the phone about blood pressure.

Too many technical difficults with little to no explaination by customer service dept

I sent multiple emails to try and cancel my auto ship before it went out. I got an email saying it was processing so I sent another email and didn’t hear anything. So I have a supply of birth control that I don’t need and was charged when I gave plenty of notice to cancel.
