Everyone I've dealt with at PRJKT RUBY has been great—from the doctor to the customer service reps when my husband's card needed authorized (which was each charge... why I didn't put mine in intially idk lol). I knew I needed to try a few different birth controls to find one that worked for me, and a visit to my doctor to get a new prescription was a $60 co-pay EACH VISIT. Even though I would get the actual prescription for free through my insurance, it was so much easier, and cheaper, to use PRJKT RUBY to find a birth control that I like (#sideeffects). I've loved the company and its vision so much that I haven't switched to my local pharmacy in order to use my insurance.
