I wish I didn't have to re-new my subscription so often. Wish I didn't need breaks in between my pills. And it's annoying that I have to talk to 3 different people to get my subscription re-upped. But otherwise okay. They give you several options of pills to choose from.

I started on one medication. I loved it, it worked great. Without notice or permission my meds were changed to another brand and while they claim its the same meds just another name, the inactive ingredients are different and I seem to experience more mood swings. I can tell a difference. They also do not accept insurance which means I pay $60 every 3 months when it could be covered by insurance. I live very from from any doctors office so online is the best option for me.

I mean I had no negative side effects and my period was taken away which I love. Quick, to my door, exactly when I needed the next batch but only one small problem. I got pregnant! Didn’t find out until the 12 week because of the lack of my period, which obviously is no fault to the birth control, but not getting pregnant would have been nice!

I’ve always had great customer service. I guess I checked a box wrong saying I was skipping pills to skip a period. A new doctor called me and was so rude I’m considering moving to another similar service. They also “rebranded” my birth control. I received a completely different brand and they acted like I was crazy when I was so concerned about receiving a different brand. Project Ruby used to have great customer service. I’m not sure what happened but, I’m planning on switching.

The service that project Ruby offers is convenient, but the customer service is mediocre at best. Any time I have needed to contact customer service I have been unable to get a representative on the phone, and the emails I receive are curt. I'm treated like customer service has exhausted all attempts to contact me after a single missed call, or after I leave them multiple voicemails.

Pros: ·No insurance needed. No physical doctor appointment is needed. Just a relatively easy phone call and questionnaire. ·Product arrives right at home, so no pharmacy pick-up. Cons: ·MUST purchase 3 months at a time, so if you do not like the product after the first month- you're stuck for another 60 days. ·Product takes quite a while to process and ship with approval, so purchases have to be made fairly in advance. ·Switching products requires a whole new consultation. (The second consultant [male via phone] I recieved laughed at my reasoning for switching. Very disappointed in that behavior.) ·Calls can come at any time and are usually last minute.

Everything was awesome except the pills didnt arrive in time which is my own fault for ordering late but now I have to wait another month to start.

I rely a lot on the service since I don't have health insurance. I really hate the required phone consultation, though, because it's very tiresome to hear someone scold me for not getting a pap smear over and over and over again after I'd already told them I don't have the insurance to pay for it. Not having insurance is most of the reason why people use PRJKT RUBY in the first place.
