emailed after a few days when my script was approved but i had no tracking number still, no answer. called a few times and even though i called during business hours, i was forwarded to a voicemail...finally had a chance to call again and the hold up on the shipping was an issue with my address. my address was correct but usps would not create a label due to some odd discrepancy.....anywho...by this time it was over 2 weeks since placing my order and prjkt ruby did not reach out to me in regard to the shipping problem. i had to chase them down. i have used this company prior without any issues but this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. this is supposed to be convenient, not a major inconvenience like this!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Short, incomplete and unprofessional emails that take me submitting 3-5 emails to even get a reply to. Originally got stuck with them due to being the only ones available in my state, but now that services like this have popped up everywhere, I'm ready to switch as soon as I find one that carries my brand. Works great, until you need any form of customer service.

I used Project ruby for a long time now, a few years... all of a sudden it seems the pharmacy couldnt get anything together. I stopped getting call backs from the pharmacy... they didn't follow through with what they said they were going to do... I have had enough.
