Love it. The process is so easy. Its so not stressful and made getting birthcontrol while i was living at home with a very religious mother so incredibly easy and not stressful. Now have been using it for 3 years. Could not be happier

The questions they ask let’s you know that they really care and aren’t just trying to get your money. The doctor that called was very sweet and made me feel comfortable.

They are great! So much better and easier to get/refill a prescription than going to a doctor and the pharmacy. They offer a lot of different birth control pills which are all great for the price, and customer service is helpful. My last order took a bit longer to arrive than the 2 day shipping I ordered, but I chalk it up to COVID delays.

5 stars on the customer service aspect and price. The only thing that can be improved is speeding up the new prescription process. I completed the questionnaire on a Friday and I got the new prescription signed/approved on a Wednesday. Apparently it's because I'm a new customer, but one would expect since all questions are online and I live in a state that allows everything to be done online, I would've expected it to be faster (especially since I had run out and was in a hurry for the new shipment!).
