So I love the concept of receiving it in intervals of three months at a time. It was convenient! And I’m not pregnant! But the second shipment was only two months worth, and they didn’t send me more at the end of my two months. A whole month passed where I didn’t have any at birth control all, and after a month passed I got another shipment of three. If this was consistent, I’d have given it 5 stars. But my body has been on a roller coaster due to the lack of consistency.

It's convenient to have birth control delivered to my door. I don't like how this company won't bill my insurance, and my prescription seems to change with every order (every few months).

Everything was good until they sent me MULTIPLE TIMES to update my info. I did at least five times and even called customer service. They said the item will be shipped on time. However, I missed one month and had to call again. This time they said there was no record for next shipment. SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED.

While I love that I can get my birth control easy and fast at a decent and affordable price, they changed my birth control. I approved the change, but I was not told that my new birth control had a much higher potency than the one I had been on for 2 years. It caused massive issues in my health (gained 20 lbs. in a month, constantly nauseous, breast tenderness) that I am still getting over after changing back to the original birth control. This product would have 5 stars hands down if the company made sure we new the differences in any birth control changes.

I had to change the shipping address on my account, but you can’t do that on your own from the website so I had to message someone on the site. They were closed at the time and when you send a message outside of their customer service hours it doesn’t get recorded anywhere and the message gets lost. The package ended up getting shipped to my old address and wasn’t forwarded, so they were really helpful with reshipping my order right away. It would have been a lot more convenient if I could change my shipping address and the whole thing wouldn’t have happened.

I love to have my birth control mailed to me but I've mentioned many times I skip at least 2 periods and so I run out of my pill before my next shipment. It's annoying to have to call every time to get my shipment bumped earlier

Not a transparent company. I will not be ordering from them again.

For the most part I've had a good experience except when they had their licensing. Last minute when they told me they could not ship to my state. I was given a timeframe and managed to find an alternative until it was over but when I returned a month after the timeframe given I was still unable to purchase it when it was much needed.
