I ordered Ella and when my package arrived, it was EMPTY! I called and customer service was very helpful in trying to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, no pharmacy was open so there was nothing they could do. They did refund me my money Two stars because I really needed the pill and now I have to pray I am not pregnant.

PRJKT RUBY provided excellent service to me for about a over a year. Since the beginning of 2019, however, things have dramatically changed. In January, my auto refill prescription order was suddenly and mysteriously cancelled. I was offered no explanation as to why. I reordered. That order, too, was cancelled without explanation. I waited a while and tried to place an order in May. I called customer support twice the day I placed the order and was assured it would be shipped that day and delivered the following day (I elected to pay for overnight shipping). Two days passed. No delivery. No email updating me on the status of my order. No phone call letting me know there had been an issue. I called today to get info on the situation and was given a BS excuse along the lines of “oh our doctor hasn’t seen the prescription yet” even though I had been told there would be no problem processing the order on 5/30. I’m done with this organization. So unprofessional, so outrageous, especially given that you’re dealing with a very serious and time-sensitive thing like pregnancy prevention, hormone balance, and a woman’s physical cycle. Shame on this place for falsely advertising its timeliness and playing fast and loose with important medications.

For the video chat portion, I sat in front of my computer for over an hour waiting for the doctor to come on. After waiting so long, I called. They told me to try again, and again, and that someone would be on right away. Nobody came on. Two hours after I called (now I’ve been waiting 3 hours), I decided I was going to get up and go to the bathroom. Of COURSE while I was in the bathroom, I got a call from a private number. I didn’t get any voicemail. A minute later I got a text saying the doctor was ready so I get back on the video call and I had been disconnected. I called back and they said I needed to pick up the phone because that was the doctor. I told them I had been waiting over 3 hours and the two minutes I was in the bathroom for, they call? The person didn’t seem to care. Then, after over 3 hours of waiting I finally get connected to a doctor on the video chat and I talked to him for less than 5 minutes. He seemed confused about why I was aggravated, and that I should be GRATEFUL to be talking to him now.

I take birth control continuously to avoid my period, which means I order more frequently than someone who takes placebos. Prjkt Ruby knows this, and yet their customer service calls me nearly every time I order asking me why I'm ordering early. I'm tired of telling them why over and over again. I don't want a period, that's why. Why does it even matter? The pill is available in pharmacies all over the world without a prescription, stop treating me like I'm ordering some dangerous drug. My doctor is fine with the way I take the pill, you should be too. The only reason I still order from you is because it's convenient to order online rather than go to a pharmacy to pick my pills up every 30 days.

The service is great but it’s imossible to get to customer service. I had to switch my medication because i had a horrible reaction and I have yet to hear back so I’m not able to take anything. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting on a call/email back after calling/emailing multiple times. They pick up the phone instantly when you’re going to buy something but if you’re not, good luck getting any help.

It took an entire week for me to get ahold of my prescribing doctor so my shipment could be sent out. We made an appt for a day and time frame for him to call and he didn't end up calling until 2 days later. I missed the call. I called back. And the person who answered said they couldn't help me. They set up another appt for later that day. He called at 9pm just to ask three questions that could have been answered via email.

The doctor was EXTREMELY rude to me.

I always get my medication late and have immense amounts of trouble. I am currently exploring other options
