I ordered my refill on May 13th. It is now May 26 and I have yet to receive it. My period ended on the 23rd and I was supposed to start my new pack the next day. So here comes period round two. You have screwed up my cycle for the next few months, thank you. I never even got an order confirmation email. But the charge is on my credit card statement. What the heck.

Every time it’s time to update my yearly consultation, something goes wrong and delays things. Then I get different answers every time I contact someone to fix the problem, which is never fixed the first time I call, and that causes even more delays. The dumbest part of all is they’ll send an email telling me to contact them. When I call, I’m told someone will call me within the next 48 hours and I need to be available to take the call. Couldn’t the email tell me that?

Have been trying cancel before 1st order was sent. No one responds. Now have been charged 2x for medication I am not taking and still no one responds to my request for this to stop. So pretty much stealing my money and forcing drugs on me I can't take or use!

Honestly wish I could give a 0 star review. One of the WORST!!! companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is lazy and is no help what’s so ever. I was sent two packages I wasn’t supposed to receive and when I wanted a refund they denied me my money back. It’s not the customers fault they fail to take note of every call. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
