Was really convenient the first year. Then after I completed the questionnaire to keep my prescription, a doctor had to call me. The refills got messed up. Then another doctor called three months later and made more changes and there was another delay. I’m still using the service but I never know if things will arrive on time now.

Pills were great other than the fact it made me extremely emotional on my fourth month to the point I couldn’t stay at work. I had 2 months worth of pills left but can’t take them I would like either a refund or pills with less hormones please. I would even send it back to you guys.

Great birth control options. But I wish there was s way to have it sent more frequently. Going away and wasnt able to have it shipped early. Reason I will be canceling it.

Reliable, but consultations suck. They switched the brands of my original bc, and after that I had a really hard time adjusting to the new one. I called to have the entire pill changed from the mini-pill to combination pill, and the doctor I spoke to was very aggressive. She told me that if I don't get a Pap smear within the year I would be at risk to no longer receive bc from them. It was really upsetting to be threatened. I'm considering getting bc from Planned Parenthood. They are cheaper, and way nicer.

Purchased Ella and felt Some of the info is lacking. For instance, they say “5 days,” but that’s not accurate if you ovulate in the next 2-4 days. Though many women know when they ovulate, others don’t and this blanketed claim can give them a false sense of security. Further, I find it concerning that they don’t offer any insight/links to studies in EUROPE on the effects on a newly formed fetus (e.g., if it doesn’t work). I also had an issue with ship time, as it actually took three days to ship. Also, the price is crazy.

The ability to properly afford birth control without insurance and help someone else in the process is great. But there is no system to help in the event of an emergency or unforseen situation. I left town and forgot my birth control. I tried calling and couldn't get a person. I tried chatting and it kept sending it to email. So I went 9 days with no birth control because the pharmacist said they would have to issue a prescription and I couldn't reach them. This is not the first time I have had trouble communicating with the company. Honestly, I would no longer suggest this site as a first source. I would suggest exhausting all options, local health departments, free clinics, or another mail direct site before using this site. Once I can find a new channel I will be changing.

The medication is just fine. The only thing that was very in professional was the fact that when i placed my order and was on the video consultation, the doctor or whatever the title be was in a dark noisy room. I wasnt able to concentrate. I was worried it was a scam for a second. Also i had to call again to place my order, the doctor didnt even place it!
